Native American Bell Trading Post Solid Copper Repousse Bracelet
This Native American cuff bracelet is made from solid copper and has many Native American symbols. there is a a sun ray symbol, symbol, with a Thunderbird on each side of the sun ray. The Thunderbirds have cross on their chest. There are also arrows, what looks like a snake, and other symbols. Signed on the inside “Copper with a bell symbol. The Bell Company established in 1935 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, was one of the first companies to sell Native American jewelry to the public at various tourist locations in the southwestern United States They were open until the late 1980s. This bracelet is in excellent vintage condition. The bracelet measures on the inside, 2 1/8” It measures 5/8” at widest and weighs approximately 12.4 grams. Pre--1970s.
